You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your item must not have been used.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Policy

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the courier companies effecting the delivery that are out of our direct control.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday.

Please note we do NOT ship during the weekend.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of the delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the volumetric weight of your order and the delivery method. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed for the Shipping methods.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges if it is an unusually complicated situation.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at contact us.

We will then take it up with the courier company.
